株主資本等変動計算書（Statements of changes in equity）とは
株主資本等変動計算書とは、その他の包括利益を含む持分のすべての項目の増減を表示した計算書をいいます。貸借対照表と同様、連結ベースの計算書と個別ベースの計算書がそれぞれ作成・開示されています。日本でも作成されている計算書で、開示内容も違いはありません。本事例では昨年増資がされているのが特徴的です。
私見
株主資本等変動計算書をチェックするときは、配当の有無をチェックされるとよいかと思います。上記の事例では、配当がありませんでした。しかし、配当があれば、必ず株主資本等変動計算書に開示されます。同様に、自己株式の取得についても開示されます。
